REAL Revenue Share Program

The revenue share program at REAL Broker is one of the most innovative things about the company and can be an amazing tool for growing your business while receiving passive income.

Revenue share is one of the many way you can earn income with REAL Broker beyond your standard commission

Here’s how it works

  1. Real estate agent (A) tells agent (B) about REAL Broker and encourages them to join.

  2. Real estate agent (B) does the research and decides to join REAL Broker

  3. During the sign up process, agent (B) names agent (A) as their sponsor into the company (the person that influenced them to join REAL)

  4. Agent (A) receives a small portion of agent (B)’s commissions up to a certain amount each year.

Through the Revenue-Share program, agents that encourage (sponsor or co-sponsor) other agents to join will earn a percentage of that agent’s commission. This could mean simply encouraging like-minded agents to join REAL.

REAL has chosen to grow with a production based model as opposed to a marketing based model. The money that a big corporation would typically put into marketing, REAL has given back to their agents in the form of revenue share in order to help grow the company more organically.

Here is a breakdown of the Revenue-Share commissions:

Real Broker Revenue Share Breakdown

REAL Revenue Share Scenarios

  • You encouraged 2 agents to join REAL and each of them capped, you would receive $8,000 per year in passive income each year.

  • You encouraged 5 agents to join REAL, and each of them capped, that would be an additional $20,000 of passive income for you each year.

Revenue Share Unique Features

Revenue share is “willable”

This means that you can name a beneficiary to the income you receive from revenue share and pass it on to your heirs. The beneficiary does not have to be licensed to take advantage of this benefit if something happens to you.

Agents can name 2 Sponsors into the company

Agents that join REAL are able to name co-sponsors when they sign up. Each co-sponsor splits the revenue share commission. This innovative approach has eliminated the cutthroat culture of “agent recruiting” that is so prevalent at many other brokerages. It allows the agent that is joining REAL to select more than one sponsor into the company if they so choose.

REAL pays out more on tier 1 than any other Brokerage

This is because they don’t want agents to think of REAL as an MLM or focus too heavily on revenue share. They want agents making one to one relationships the priority. Agents that personally encourage other agents to join are more likely to have a personal relationship with that person and that perfectly aligns with REAL’s culture.

REAL pays out more in Revenue share to the average agent

No other brokerage pays out more to the average agent because REAL pays out the highest amount on the top tier (5% of GCI until cap).

REAL gives all of its marketing budget back to its agents

REAL’s goal is to be the best Brokerage in the world and organically attract agents to the company. Attraction comes naturally to great agents and instead of spending money on national advertising, they give money back to their agents to reward them for telling other great agents about the company. Up to 60% of the company’s revenue each month goes back to their agents in the form of revenue share!
