Leadership, Collaboration, Advocacy

At REAL, culture is more than just a fancy corporate buzzword - it’s part of our core DNA.

More than a Motto

We live it every day

How we treat people matters. At REAL, the culture of collaboration and kindness is tangible in the ways we support and care for one another.

Whether through our robust mentorship program, the way we champion each other’s success, or the support structure in place for struggling agents - we live out the “Work Hard, Be Kind” motto every day.

Finally, REAL’s attraction culture is one of advocacy first. We love to advocate in the best interest of every agent - even if that means that they don’t eventually join the REAL team.

Open Source

We give away our best stuff

REAL operates under the rising tide principle. As agents, we want to see everyone succeed and this is practically worked out in the REAL Academy where agents can attend any training or mastermind for free (even agents not at REAL!).

Agents at REAL are also encouraged not to create their own “silos” where they only provide their best training and resources. to their personal networks.

Every agent at REAL is a shareholder and as we all come together to build and strengthen the community, we all win in the process!

Leadership

Sharran Srivatsaa, CEO

Sharran is widely known as the best real estate trainer in the world, but at REAL, he is a fierce advocate of the “Work Hard, Be Kind” culture.

You can often find him going on a listing presentation appointment to hone his own craft so he can better coach agents, or at small gatherings of agents providing free mentorship.

One tangible example of his servant leadership is the Real Buyer Playbook that he helped create as a tool for agents to respond to the NAR Settlement changes. Not only did he provide all of these resources, he gave it all away for free to the entire industry no matter what brokerage you are with. This is but one of many examples of the way the leadership at REAL truly lives out the cultural values at the company.
